If you have pre-booked then you can turn up on the day from 6:30 am in Biggin Lane, Hitchin - SG4 9YH and our stewards will direct you to a stall with is undercover (roof) and also has lighting.
The cost is £10 for a covered stall and between £5-10 for an outside pitch depending on space or size of the van.
Payment is collected on the day by our assistants and if you wish to pre-book for the following week you must pay in advance. (No refunds for non-attendance)
MISC:
Seller arrival time is between 6:30 am and 8:30 am.
The Car Boot runs until 1:00 pm for buyers and sellers.
FREE TO BUYERS
While most of our pitches have fixed tables, many do not. We recommend car booters bring their own tables.
Vehicles are allowed on site to unpack and then must remove vehicle to a nearby Car Park which is free on Sundays.
TRADERS RESPONSABILITY:
Car Booters are not permitted to sell alcohol, pirated DVD's and CD's, Tobacco, Medicine and offensive weapons. Any replica clothing which is not of original branding will require proof of purchase.
Anyone wishing to sell food etc must have the required hygiene certificates and be registered with your local council.
It is the traders' responsibility to remove any unwanted or unsold stock and under no circumstances should rubbish or goods be bought onto the market to be placed in bins.
We are also a 'FUR FREE' Market.
